Due to great success of the last few years free tasting day we invite all couples that have booked and paid for their wedding day at Delbury Hall to a tasting day on 2 Febuary 2014. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment. Cost £40 per Couple plus VAT

Glass of fizz on arrival or soft option

Selection of Canapés

Crostini with roasted pepper, cherry tomato and buffalo mozzarella

Chicken sate with peanut dipping sauce

Scampi and chips

Mini egg Benedict (V)

Starter

Dorstone herbed goats cheese mousse with spiced red pepper salsa (V)

Tower of gravadlax with marinated cucumber salad

Parma Ham, Galia Melon and Asparagus with watercress salad

Main

Slow cooked beef with onions and capers on sweet potato and chive mash

Italian stuffed chicken with rosemary and mozzarella and a roast tomato sauce

Potato crepes of spinach and brie with roast beetroot and puy lentils

All above served with

Roasted vegetable tower drizzled with pesto and pinenuts

Dessert

A trio of puddings, rich chocolate mousse, mini Raspberry and hazelnut shortbread and vanilla cheesecake
