Due to great success of this years free tasting day we invite all couples that have booked and paid for their wedding day at Delbury Hall to a free tasting day on 27 February 2011. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Warm goat’s cheese and red onion tartlet with wild rocket salad (V)

Carpaccio of beef with salsa verde and parmesan savings

Smoked salmon terrine with sweet dill mustard sauce

 

Main

Slow Roast Belly of Pork with caramelised apples, cider and cinnamon sauce

Chicken supreme with wild mushroom sauce

Fillet of Seabass with marinated peppers and a fennel sauce

Roasted vegetable tower drizzled with pesto and pinenuts

 

Dessert

A trio of puddings, chocolate brownie, Lemon cheesecake and strawberry meringue
