We just wanted to drop you a note to express our deepest gratitude to you both for helping to make our wedding on June 13th one of the happiest days of our lives.
Your professionalism, confidence and total understanding of our needs made the day completely stress free and so incredibly enjoyable.
Pippa the standard of the food served was first class and all our wedding guests have commented on how perfect the food, and the choice of menu was. Many our guests dine out on a regular basis, and have eaten in some top class restaurants around the world, and they all said the food was spectacular and the venison went down a storm! We really hope that you will receive further business off the back of our wedding, you certainly deserve it, and we will definitely be using you again.
To us, the day ran like clockwork, but we presume behind the scenes was bedlam!! What was so great is that we saw none of that, and felt no stress at all on the day. Willem you were a great host, and you really helped calm the nerves leading up to the wedding with your confidence and understanding. We felt you went over and above what was expected, during planning, and on the day itself.
We would also like to give a big thank-you to your staff, especially the young man who served both at the church and the venue, and helped with the sky candles at the end of the evening, he was a star!
